And Pink Continues...

Here I am again with pink decorated polymer clay confections.  Sometimes we have to treat ourselves with desserts that are truly fat free (inedible too).  Below are some donuts and cupcakes in the process of being formed.  Now pink is not my favorite color, at the same time, there is nothing wrong with it.  Some say it is soothing and peaceful.  I made these with my friends and family in mind who are fond of pink. My heart is deeply satisfied when I hear squeals , "Ayiiiii, It's so cute!. I love piiiink!!!"  The more the i's and exclamation marks, the better.
After baking...
I haven't had the chance to glaze them yet.  Some of them are stud earrings, and others can be used for decorations such as those fancy decoden gadgets.  If you love CUTE, then you should google the word decoden and may the silent squeals begin.

Let The Pink Begin!

I haven't blogged in a while.  I wanted to display a few pieces I've worked on made with polymer clay.  I use FIMO soft brand clay.  The stock that I have has gotten crumbly because they are a bit old and have been set aside for a year or so.  I know I'm a woman of many hobbies and cannot focus on one until all my supplies have ran out.  So this new batch of polymer cuties are special because the lollipop earrings below are for my friend.  It is her birthday today.  While working on her present, there's a lot of extra clay, so I made other things like these white and pink donuts, mini flowers and micro lollipops for my sisters' nail art.

I hope the photos look good.  I have a new phone (HTC One X Intl Version), so taking pics was really convenient during the creation process, especially that my hands had plastic clay residue and I didn't bother to bust out my Sony camera.

The earrings turned out to be really cute.  A grown woman might not wear it, but I was happy to make one for my friend even if she just keeps it in her collection.

Quick Birthday Card

After being so much busy with work, chores and life in general, I urged to give our nephew something special... being 3 weeks late for his birthday.  All of this hobby is still brand new to me.  I needed a design quick.  I thought an obscure robot's head would be good for any boy's blue card.  It cut nicely and I stuck the vinyl on a nice card stock. Haha the squiggly snake thing looks funny.  It's the cash that counts ;)

Hello Inter Web

Finally... This is my first word for this blog.  For many weeks I've been thinking of what I should put as my first post.  Then I thought of why I started this blog in the first place.  It's not meant to be wordy, but more eye-catching... not much of a reader's blog.  I wanted to make myself post things that I drew and die-cut.  That's my new hobby, die-cutting with a Bosskut Gazelle personal cutter.  Vinyl decals are really popular on Guam.  Now this is the space where friends, family, fellow Guamanians and enthusiasts can look at ideas and contact me if they so desire.  Yep, I can die cut my original designs from here and you can get your hands on them.
So I welcome you to my blog!
I was so excited to design a panda character to be a main stay for awisepanda blog.  First, I came up with #1, so he's pretty much stuck in the header above.  He's too cool.  That's wise.   #4 is pretty silly, silliness we all like, i like!  of course watch out for the other ones.  They can pop in from time to time.
